IT that works for you

Randy LovelessWith SRS Networks! We do things differently. Stop paying outrageously high hourly rates, and try our proactive care flat rate IT support, giving everyone in your company the support they need, when they need it, without the huge costs. We call it SRS Proactive Care, and it's designed to give you and your entire organization peace of mind when it comes to your IT. We take the best aspects of hourly support and the best aspects of preventative maintenance, add a little live help desk that anyone in your company can call anytime without an extra fee, and bundle it all together into an easy-to-budget flat rate. To keep our costs low and our clients happy, we've spent a lot of time and money investing in an infrastructure that can automatically monitor your servers and PC/Mac workstations, detecting problems before they cause you downtime. The flat rate includes security patches, updates for your virus protection, and much more. And, so you can sleep soundly at night, we offer all of this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if needed. We can even include unlimited on-site support visits! Get proactive and save time, money, and stress with SRS Networks!

Meet the Owner

Hi My name is Randy Loveless, the Co-founder of SRS Networks, My Dad and I started SRS Networks in 1996, though SRS was technically founded by my Dad in 1976 when i was just a little geek. :). Our current name stems from an abbreviation of our original name Salinas Radio & Stereo, My brother and I as kids always answered the phone SRS when we were at the office and most customers knew us by the shortened name .  My Dad’s dream as is mine, was to give customers better choices then just vanilla wrappers options like those at RadioShack or Sears were offering for radio and electronic parts, back then! I know that dates me a little. I am still young at heart.   Growing up in the 80’s was a magical time, I learned a lot from my Dad and Mom who ran the company back in the day. In the late 90’s in the age of dial up , I had a idea, we would start offering IT support to a handful of customers at the time. We had been working for them doing their cabling and (green screen) TwinX troubleshooting for over 10+ years.

About 18 years ago, we transitioned into a support only business model(white label IT support), and did Consulting work for other IT Companies, helping their clients succeed.  Working with other IT firms, I felt something was always missing from their support model. I felt their clients were missing the personal touch they deserved a more personized helpdesk and support model, built around their needs and requirements. In January of 2019, I decided to start offering managed IT services to clients again.

For the next couple of decades, I intertwined my position as a young company co-founder and was actively growing my expertise in the tech world.

  • I obtained an Information Technology degree (major) and Business Management (minor)
  • Worked eight years as a Senior Data Center Lab, and Network engineer at Citrix Systems. I helped achieve cost-savings and enhanced data center system functionally, took charge of planning, deployment, and implementation of Information Technology and Data Center-related integrations.
  • Worked full-time for over five years as a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft, ensuring all projects were efficiently managed to meet and surpass set goals.
  • In 2019 I Stepped back into the full time roll as CEO of SRS Networks
