Before any project is undertaken
by SRS Networks, an experienced Project Manager with the appropriate
technical expertise for that specific job is assigned. The
Project Manager will maintain ownership of the project for

Project Definition
This process typically begins before the sale is completed.
Key to this stage of the project is the complete understanding
of the project scope of work, establishment of key milestones
for the project, setting mutually acceptable timeframes
for delivery and agreeing upon the criteria for measuring
success with the project. This is a collaborative process
between SRS Networks and the client. |

Resource Procurement & Management
At this stage the SRS Networks Project Manager will procure
the appropriate technical resources based on the Project
Definition. Materials, if required, will also be ordered
during this stage. Detailed information agreed to by
SRS Networks and the client in the Project Definition stage
is communicated to the technicians as they are trained
on the specifics of this project. This stage also includes
management and oversight of the SRS Networks technicians as
the project unfolds and as key milestones are hit. |

Post-Implementation Review
The SRS Networks Project Manager confirms completion of the
project at this point. Performance on the completed project
is measured against the criteria set during the Project
Definition. Quality of workmanship and timeliness of
delivery are two of the most important criterion measured
during the Post-Implementation Review. |

Final Project Review & Evaluation
This is the review process that takes place between SRS Networks
and the client at the conclusion of a project. Here,
we will measure our overall success on the project based
on the criteria agreed upon in the Project Definition.
Billing will be reviewed for accuracy and an overall
evaluation of the project will be delivered to the client.
This stage is complete when the client is satisfied with
the project results. |
