With national deployments we can keep track of specific hardware and associated software relative to the various site installations.

Insurance requirements may vary by site or state. Advantage will help keep track of the insurance information as well as record important warranty information.

We have the ability to store site specific floor plans or blueprints within Advantage. This can be used to help with current installations as well as to help inventory sites for future installations.
 

Project Technical Manuals/Work Orders

For complex installations or installations that may vary greatly from site to site, we have the ability to store critical technical documentation within the Advantage online database.
 

Trouble Ticket Status/Management

Orders for break/fix work can be entered directly into Advantage for follow-up by a SRS Networks project manager. That trouble ticket will then be managed and status directly in Advantage allowing clients to check the progress in real-time.
 

Customized Interfaces/Reports

Reports and interfaces can be customized to meet our client's specific needs and available online in real time.
